Outside of traditional resale and buying, Alex’s primary focus is working with our team’s real estate investors and clients that want to take on a professional renovation projects.

Coming from a career in software development, Alex is also one of the operational arms of the McMinn Group. He’s responsible for managing projects and many of our systems the team’s agents use to serve clients well.

Alex puts a high value on adding value to others, putting clients first, and alignment of goals. He likes to be challenged by new problems and identify solutions. Alex and the team bring a superior level of expertise, integrity, and strategy rarely seen in this industry.

Alex has been married to Emily for over 10 years and they have two wonderful children, Kennedy and Cohen.  Alex’s wife, Emily, is a local interior designer that strengthens the backbone of what Alex does for clients.
